General Information
Rose Revival Aesthetics is owned and operated by a licensed aesthetic nurse injector. We provide non-surgical cosmetic procedures including but not limited to neurotoxins (e.g., Botox®), dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments.
You must be at least 18 years old to book and receive Botox®/Dysport® treatments.
You must be at least 21 years old to book and receive Filler/Sculptra treatments.

Booking & Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked online or directly with the owner, Emily Borgus.
- A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.
- By booking, you agree to this policy.
Payments & Refunds
- All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment.
- Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
Results & Risks
All procedures involve risks, which will be discussed during your consultation. You will be asked to sign a consent form before treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose full and accurate medical history.
Privacy
